    • We will attempt to read your application within a day, when we will message you to schedule a phone call.

    • PLEASE ENSURE you check with your family at this stage that you are all in agreement before adopting a dog from us.

    • On a successful application, we will send you all the details to complete the adoption process with the shelter. The fees for transport and adoption are paid directly to the shelters we work with.

    • Your dog will be booked on the next transport and all their medical checks and requirements processed (see below).

    • You will be added to the transport group chat to arrange pickup of your new dog.

  • A. Our dogs are mainly in Cyprus, and are transported to anywhere in the UK on a successful application. Our admin staff are based in the South of England.

  • A. A The cost of bringing a dog from Cyprus to the UK is 900 Euros (approximately £790)

    The cost of bringing a dog from Bosnia is 500 Euros (approximately £460)

      (Their journey begins by plane and then overland to within fifty miles of your postcode.)

  • A. No – our dogs travel directly from the overseas shelters to their forever homes.

  • A. The average time from application to your dog arriving is around six weeks.

  • A. There are no facilities in the Shelter to house-train the dogs. However, most of our dogs have been abandoned as previous pets and it is therefore not an issue.

  • A. There will be a collection/pick-up point no more than 50 miles or one-hour’s drive from your postcode anywhere in England or Wales.

  • A. Yes. All of our dogs are neutered, micro-chipped, with all necessary injections and a full Pet Passport.

  • A. Yes. It is absolutely prudent and sensible to give your dog the support it needs to adjust to its new life.
