Our extra special boy Leo is we believe approximately five years old and almost certainly a German Spitz. Leo weighs just eight kilos and measures ten inches from shoulder to paw. Having been found abandoned on the streets, Leo has been in our Cyprus shelter for three months.
Leo is such an attractive little chap with his soft brown coat running into white predominantly around his face and on his chest. The breed is known to be vocal. Leo most certainly is just that. His energy level is high and he’s a very busy boy. Leo’s most positive attribute is that he is very loving and loyal to the shelter manager who he knows and trusts.
His ideal adopting family should have experience of the breed and a thorough understanding of its quirks. The prize however could be quite exceptional for a successful endeavour.
Leo walks nicely on his lead. He seems to mix perfectly well with other dogs, cats and children.
