Jacob
Jacob is the most delightful little chap and only just one year old. Our Extra Special boy arrived at the Cyprus shelter as a puppy and has spent his whole life there (but for a short period of local foster with a family).
Most of the shelter staff are female and Jacob had a reputation for not liking men. This changed when the male writer of this post sat on the bench in the play area of the shelter with a bag of sausages whereby Jacob joined him on his lap and another myth was dispelled.
Jacob has socialised well with other dogs but a much greater level of testing can occur for any interested would be adopter. He can be a little barky when excited but this is his only real negative. Jacob shows zero reaction to the many cats roaming around the shelter. He walks really well on his lead and can best be described as a really good boy.
Our Extra Special boy Jacob loves a cuddle and a lap along with lots of fuss and attention. He has a huge personality and so deserves his big break that leads him to his forever home.
